Highway 3 Both Directions Fraser Valley Variable Speed Limit System construction will take place on Highway 3 between the Highway 1 Overpass and the Junction of Highway 3 and Highway 5 in Hope. The project will take place from July 30, 2018 until May 31, 2019. It will be in effect daily from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, no work will be conducted on long weekends.
